摘　　要：药师在医药服务流程中扮演重要的桥梁角色,其执业伦理在维护患者医疗安全及改善医患关系的方面起到重要的作用。近年来,随着药患纠纷频繁发生,不合理用药诉讼事件日益增多,药师职业伦理与责任风险已逐步成为研究热点。本文从法律视角,通过真实案例引出我国药师职业伦理和责任风险的现状,进一步探讨医疗机构药师的责任风险构成因素和相关法律认定,并在此基础上提出相应的对策和建议。Pharmacists in medical institutions play a key intermediate role in the health service. Their professional ethic is essential to reducing the risk of medical practice and improving the relation between doctors and patients. With increasing number of medical tangles related to pharmaceuticals, the professional ethic and liability risk of pharmacists will soon become a hot issue of the study. This paper attempt to analysis our resent station of professional ethic and liability risk of pharmacists according to a real case from laws perspective. What＇s more, there are some other strategies and recommendations are proposed to improve it.
