摘 要:利用FT-IR、XRD分别对实验室合成的苯乙烯/1-十二烯共聚物的近程结构、凝聚态结构进行了表征,用乌式黏度计对共聚物的黏均相对分子质量进行了测定,通过室内环道装置对共聚物的减阻性能进行了评价,并与1-辛烯/1-十二烯共聚物样品进行了对比。结果表明:苯乙烯/1-十二烯共聚物聚合较完全,转化率较高,符合该共聚物IR的基本特征,苯乙烯/1-十二烯共聚物的结晶度高于1-辛烯/1-十二烯共聚物的结晶度,经乌式黏度计测定,共聚物的黏均相对分子质量均已达到106。在相同的加剂浓度下,和1-辛烯/1-十二烯共聚物相比,苯乙烯/1-十二烯共聚物的减阻性能较差,引入少量苯乙烯的共聚物抗管壁的剪切性能也未能得到提高。因此,在聚合过程中应考虑加入不同侧链的α-烯烃进行共聚,从改善聚合物的柔性和非结晶性出发,合成油溶性和减阻效果较好的聚合物。The short-range structure and aggregation structure of styrene/1-dodecene copolymer were char- acterized by FT-IR and XRD. The viscosity-average molecular weight of copolymer was measured by Ub- helodhe viscometer. The drag reducing performance of copolymer was evaluated by the indoor loop appara- tus. The conclusions can be reached by comparing with 1-octene/1-decene copolymer. It was shown that the copolymer of styrene and 1-dodecene was synthesized completely with higher conversion rate, and in line with the basic IR characteristics of the copolymer. The degree of crystallinity of styrene/1-dodecene copolymer was higher than that of the 1-octene/1-dodecene copolymer. The viscosity-average molecular weight of copolymer reached 106. The drag reducing performances of the two copolymers were different in the same additive concentration. The drag reducing performance of styrene/1-dodecene copolymer was poorer than that of the 1-octene/1-dodecene copolymer. At the same time, anti-wall shear of the copolymer containing a small amount of styrene also failed to be improved. Therefore, copolymerization should be conducted by the introduction of different side-chain ot-olefins, starting from the flexibility and non-crystallization of the polymer to improve drag reducing performance.
