摘　　要：介绍了一种汽车外覆盖件废料切断新工艺,包括改变传统废料工艺设计,降低下模废料切断刀高度,在修边完成废料下滑后先由挡料销暂存,下一个冲次将其切断排出模具外,达到自动化生产和提高制件表面质量的目的。This paper introduced a kind of new technology for auto outer cover die waste cutting, such as changing the traditional waste process design, lower die scrap cutter height, the trimming finish waste after slipping by the stop pin temporarily, a stroke will cut off from outside the die, to achieve automation production and improve the surface quality of parts objective.
