摘　　要：通过对管类制件及其径向孔成形工艺的分析,针对传统加工管类制件径向孔存在的问题及经济性和批量生产的需求,介绍了两种典型模具结构,阐述了模具结构的工作过程。总结了管类制件模具结构设计要点及管类产品材料和尺寸要求。Through analysis of forming process of radial hole for the tube parts used in auto steering system, in view of the traditional processing tube parts radial holes problems and the economy and batch production demand, presents two typical die structure, expounds the working principle of die structure. Summarizes die structure design points and products material and size requirement.
