摘　　要：根据咖啡杯盖塑件的结构特点,通过对塑件建模分型的分析,介绍了注射模的成型工艺过程,提出了模具采用斜导柱与瓣合滑块配合的侧向分型抽芯机构的脱模方式,解决了注塑成型后塑件表面凹位及螺纹的脱模问题。模具结构简单实用,塑件质量好。According to the structure characteristics of lid of coffee cup, through the product modeling classification analysis, introduced the molding process of injection mold, puts forward the mold using inclined guide pillar and flap combined with lateral slide block core-pulling mechanism releasing method, solved after injection molding product surface concave and thread demoulding problem. The mold has the advantages of simple structure, good product quality.
