摘　　要：本文通过对电子制造行业特点以及实际管理模式的分析,系统概述了制造执行系统(Manufac-turing Execution System,简称MES)的定义、功能和现状,从生产流程角度研究和探讨各部门的系统适用性,在此基础上提出MES系统作为企业生产管理信息化的解决方案。研究结果对电子制造企业填补生产信息化管理的空白、提升管理效率和适应激烈的市场竞争的需要具有重要的参考意义。Through the analysis of the characteristics of the electronics manufacturing industry as well as the actual management mode, this article gives an overview of the manufacturing execution system （Manufacturing Execution System, MES） of definition, function and status. It detailed studies from the perspective of the production process and explores the applicability of the various departments of the system. The solutions of the production and management of information technology based on this proposes MES system as solutions. The research result has important reference significance in electronic manufacturing companies to fill the blank of production information management, improve management efficiency and the need to adapt to fierce competition in the market.
