前驱体溶剂对锡锑电极性能影响的研究

摘  要:利用热解法在钛基体上制备了锡锑氧化物电极,研究了前驱体对Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3电极性能的影响,并利用金相显微镜和X-射线衍射分析对电极的形貌和结构进行了表征,通过甲基橙降解实验考查了电极的电催化活性。结果表明,乙醇作为前驱体溶液制备的锡锑电极,表面结构致密,在100 A/dm2电流密度下,强化寿命试验可达213min,超过了其他三种前驱体所制备的电极,电解甲基橙褪色率达到95.48%,表现出了良好的性能。In this paper, tin-antimony oxide electrode was prepared in Ti substrates by pyrolysis method. Performance of different precursors solution on Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3 were studied and morphologies and struc- tures of these electrodes were characterized by optical microscope and XRD. And electrocatalytic activity of these electrodes were investigated by electrolytic degradation of methyl orange. Results show that sur- face structure of the tin-antimony oxide electrode prepared by ethanol as precursor was more compact than others. The life of as-prepared electrode could reach to 213 min, under 100 A/dm2, which was longer than others,and the deeolourization ratio of methyl orange could reach to 95.48%.
