摘 要:随着对汽车、摩托车等行走机械的轻量化、节能和环保的要求日益提高,镁合金在汽车和军事等领域的应用受到重视,但镁合金耐蚀性差限制了其应用。综述了镁合金腐蚀防护技术的研究现状,主要介绍了化学转化技术、阳极氧化技术、金属涂层、化学镀、离子注入、气相沉积、有机涂装及等离子体电解氧化等,对镁合金腐蚀防护技术的发展趋势进行了展望。Magnesium alloy had attracted extensive attention because of its excellent physical and chemi- cal properties such as light weight, high specific strength, high specific rigidity and good electromagnetic shielding properties. With the increasing demand for lightweight car and walking machine, application magnesium alloy in the field of automotive and military had received more attention, but the poor corrosion resistance limited its application. In this paper, researching progress of corrosion protection technology for magnesium alloys was reviewed; chemical conversion technology, anodic oxidation technology, metal coating, electroless plating, ion implantation, vapor deposition, organic coating and plasma electrolytic oxidation were introduced. And also the future of corrosion protection technology for magnesium alloy was prospected.
