摘  要:以普通油茶‘华硕’为试材,运用荧光显微观察法,研究了其自交和异交授粉后花粉在花柱上萌发和花粉管生长变化情况。结果表明:自交和异交授粉后,花粉均能在柱头上正常萌发,且花粉管均能生长到花柱基部,但生长速度不一样,异交的生长速度略快于自交;自交授粉72 h后花粉管到达花柱基部,异交60 h到达花柱基部,自交192 h后花粉管到达胚囊;自交与异交授粉花粉管白天生长速度均显著高于晚上。Germination of pollens and growth of pollen tubes were observed in Camellia oleifera ( 'huashuo' ) after self and cross- pollination by fluorescence microscope observation method. The results show that the pollens in self and cross-pollination germinated normally, and the pollen tubes could reach the style base, while the values of growth speed were different. The growth speed in cross- pollination was slightly faster than that in self-pollination. The pollen tubes arrived at the style base in 72 hours after self-pollination, while it took 60 hours dealing with cross-pollination, and the pollen tubes entering into the embryo sac 192 hours after self-pollination; the study also revealed that the growth speed during the daytime was significantly higher than at nighttime between in the self-pollination and the cross-pollination pollen tubes.
