摘 要:以当年生埋节苗为试验材料,截秆、施肥量和竹种为因素,采用L(921×33)混合水平正交试验设计与实施。结果表明:截秆是影响新竹分蘖、地径和高生长的主导因素,截秆极显著地影响新竹的分蘖数量,显著地影响新竹地径和株高生长;施肥对新竹高生长的影响差异显著;竹种显著地影响新竹分蘖数量及其地径生长;促进新竹分蘖及其地径和高生长的最佳处理组合为A2B1C3,其新竹分蘖数量、新竹平均地径和株高分别为3.8株.丛-1、2.5 cm和3.8 m。因此,截秆和施肥是试验竹种埋节苗扩繁及优质壮苗培育的重要技术手段。The L(921×33) mixed-level orthogonal design experiments was carried to trail the effects of cutting stalk, fertilization and different bamboo species on new bamboo tiller number and growth by buried eight-month-old bamboo seedling as the tested materials. The results show that (1) the cutting stalk was leading factor that significantly influenced the tiller numbers and basal diameter and height growth of new bamboo; (2) the fertilization also was significantly impacted height growth of the new bamboo tiller numbers; (3) the tiller numbers and growth of basal diameter also was significantly affected by bamboo species. The optimal treatment combination was A2B1C3, namely tiller number, the basal diameter and height being mean 3.8 stocks per cluster, 2.5 cm and 3.8 m respectively. Therefore, cutting stalk and fertilization were the important measures of cultivating more and high quality seedlings by buried bamboo seedling as the ortets.
