摘 要:为研究竹束单板层积材在不同温湿度环境下的力学行为,利用慈竹竹束单板和酚醛树脂制备了竹束单板层积材,通过20,36和60℃下的吸湿测试,研究了该材料的吸湿特性及湿热过程中弯曲性能和压缩性能变化。结果表明:竹束单板层积材吸湿前期符合Fick扩散;室温下随着吸湿量和吸湿时间增加,弯曲性能和压缩性能衰减先快后慢,最终趋于稳定;HRH=100%时,温度越高力学性能衰减越明显,且高温高湿环境下的弯曲破坏具有明显的剪切破坏特征,表明温度和吸湿量决定了竹束单板层积材力学性能的衰减。For the study of mechanical properties of laminated bamboo scrimber in hygrothermal environment, Neosinocalamus affinis (Rendle) Keng f. and PF were used to produce laminated bamboo scrimber. The moisture absorption characteristics, changes in the MOR, MOE and compression strength have been studied in hygrothermal environment (20,36 and 60℃ ). The results show that the absorption behavior at the initial stage eonformed to Fick's law of diffusion; the bending property and compressive property of laminated bamboo scrimber weaken fast firstly then slow down and eventually tended towards stability with the increase of hygroscopic moisture content and absorption time at room temperature; When the relative humidity Hrh=100%, the higher the temperature, the higher the absorption and the lower the mechanical properties, and the flexural strength presented shear failure features in hygrothermal environment. It is thus concluded that the reduction of mechanical property is related to the temperature and water absorption content of the laminated bamboo scrimber.
