摘　　要：生态公益林是重要的战略性生态资源,具有公共物品属性。国有化经营是生态公益林的发展方向。基于公益林有效保护的需要,设计了生态公益林的委托代理经营模式。从委托代理模式中得出,作为代理者的经营户和作为委托者的政府之间在价值层面和经济利益方面不同。要协调它们之间的利益关系,建立委托代理利益模型以找到生态公益林生态补偿关系的平衡点,是生态公益林委托代理经营的关键环节。Ecological public welfare forest is an important strategic ecological resource, public goods. The nationalization of this kind of forest is the development direction of the ecological forest. Considering the needs of effective protection of the forest, a principal- agent business mode of the ecological forest was designed. According to the model of entrusted agency, there are differences in the value aspect and economic interest aspect between the business operators and the consignor （government section）. Coordinating the interest relationship of them, building up the principal-agent interest model and finding out the balance point of ecological compensation relation of ecological public welfare forest are the key links for the ecological public welfare commissioned agent business.
