摘　　要：情感教育作为众多教育手段之一,对人才培养具有多方面的影响.高校辅导员应重视对大学生的情感教育,根据大学生情感教育的特点和实施中的问题,充分把握心理咨询与情感教育之间的相融性,进而在情感教育中运用倾听、共情、积极关注和评价、自我暴露以及团体咨询等心理咨询技术,提高大学生情感教育的实效性.Emotional education, as one of many education means, has influence on the talent cultivation in many aspects. Col- lege counselors should pay more attention to the students＇ emotional education. According to the characteristics of the students＇ e- motional education and the problems in the process of executing emotional education, college counselors should have a good mas- tery of the compatibility of psychological consultation and emotional education, and apply psychological counseling technologies in emotional education, such as listening, empathy, positive regard and evaluation, and group counseling, so that the students＇ e- motional education will be improved.
