摘　　要：本文首先介绍了需求开发管理平台的定义,然后基于需求开发管理平台的建设背景,提出了需要解决的相关问题,最后阐述了江苏有线需求开发管理平台的设计与建设。该平台的建设提高了需求收集跟踪的效率,确保了需求开发工作的稳定执行,为江苏有线BOSS系统应用软件的稳定运行和各项业务的顺利开展奠定了坚定的基础。This paper firstly introduces the definition of the requirements development and management platform, and based on the background of requirements development and management platform construction, proposes the related problems to be solved. Lastly describes the design and construction of JSCN requirement and development management platform. The construction of the platform improves the efficiency of the requirements gathering and tracking, ensures the stability of the requirement development work and lays a firm foundation for the stable operation of the BOSS application software and the business.
