浓缩鱼肝油A.D滴剂联合维生素B2片治疗手足口病口腔溃疡45例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨浓缩鱼肝油A.D滴剂联合维生素B2治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡的疗效。方法我院2008年4月~2011年12月收治的手足口病患儿90例,随机分为对照组45例,治疗组45例。治疗组用维生素B2片10片（规格为5mg/片）捣碎后加入浓缩鱼肝油A.D滴剂15mL中震荡后用消毒棉签分次涂抹口腔溃疡面,其余治疗方案对照组与治疗组均相同,并在相同时间内比较两组口腔溃疡愈合效果。结果对照组45例显效27例,显效率对照组60.00%;治疗组45例显效40例,显效率治疗组88.89%;,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.870,P〈0.05）;结论 ：浓缩鱼肝油A.D滴剂联合维生素B2片治疗手足口病口腔溃疡效果好,无明显不良反应。结论浓缩鱼肝油A.D滴剂联合维生素B2片治疗手足口病口腔溃疡能够明显减轻患儿口腔症状、促进口腔溃疡面愈合。Objective To investigate the cod liver oil concentrate drops A.D combined with vitamin B2for treatment of infantile hand-foot-and-mouth disease oral ulcers. Methods In our hospital from 2008April to 2011December were children with hand foot and mouth disease in 90 cases,45 cases were randomly divided into control group,d5 cases in the treatment group. Treatment with vitamin B210 tablets （ specifications for 5mg/piece ） pounded after joining A.D drops15 ml of concentrated cod liver oil shocks with disinfeCtion swab applicator oral ulcer surface, the remaining therapy treatment group and control group were the same, and at the same time were compared between the two groups of oral ulcer healing effect. Results 45 cases of the control group27 cases, sig- nificant efficiency control group 60%;45 cases in the treatment group40 cases, significant efficiency treatment group 88.89%;, there was significant difference between two groups （x^2= 9.870, P〈0.05）; conclusion： cod liver oil concentrate drops A.D combined with vitamin B2tablets in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease of oral cavity ulcer effect is good, no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Cod liver oil concentrate drops A.D combined with vitamin B2tablets in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease in children with oral ulcer can obviously reduce oral symptoms, promote oral ulcer healing.
