摘 要:采用混合型集料 ,以堆积密度690kg/m3 ,筒压强度4.32MPa的粘土陶粒 ,研制出密度等级为1800 ,抗压强度为40~50MPa的轻集料混凝土。该混凝土收缩小 ,吸水率低 ,软化系数94.85 % ,经50次冻融循环无损 ,耐海水侵蚀 ,与钢筋粘结力强 ,可广泛应用于船舶、涵洞、隧道、海港、桥梁及钻井平台等海洋工程 ,更适用各种轻质高强的工业与民用建筑结构混凝土工程。The lightweight aggregate concrete with density degree of 1800 and compressive strength of 40~50 MPa has been developed by means of mixing aggregate and clay ceramisite with bulk density of 690 kg/m3 and cylinder compressive strength of 4.32MPa .The concrete has many advantages, such as small shrinkage,low absorption of water, 94.85% of softening coefficient,no damage after 50 times of freeze-thaw cycle, sea water corrosion resistance and large adhesion strength with reinforcement. It can be widely used for sea engineering, such as ship,culvert,channel, sea port, bridge and rig platform. It is more suitable for lightweight and high strength structure concrete engineering of industrial and civil buildings.
