摘  要:敦煌文书中的"厨田"是对归义军时期寺院土地的称呼。"厨田"之称在敦煌的出现与归义军政权早期对寺院经济的削弱、管制等措施有关。不同寺院的厨田收入在寺院经济总收入中的比重不同,并不是每个寺院的厨田收入在寺院经济总收入中都占有重要地位。同时,在寺院经济收入构成中,并不是每个寺院的利润收入都较厨田收入占有绝对优势。"The kitchen field" in Dunhuang documents is a term for the field of the temple during "Guiyijun period".The term of "the kitchen field" is related to measures that Guiyijun goverment weaken and restraint the temple economy in the early Guiyijun. The kitchen field income of different temple is dissimilar in the proportion of temple general economic income, and not that the kitchen field income of every temple has important position in temple general economic income. At the same time, in the economic income structure of the temple, not that profit income of every temple has absolute advantage in compare with its the kitchen field income.
