摘　　要：芜湖是皖省通商口岸和金融中转市场。芜湖钱庄对省内外资金进行居中调度,通过现洋调拨和申票汇兑来平衡各地金融季节用款差异,维持商品的有序运转和贸易的繁荣。但20世纪30年代,首先,1931年长江大水灾造成皖省贸易和钱业的衰落。其后,南京国民政府相继采取"废两改元"、"统一法币"的货币改革使钱业发展进一步受到正式性制度的约束,从而客观上加剧了30年代初期皖省经济的衰落。Wuhu was the Treaty Port and financial transfer market in Anhui Province. Wuhu＇s banks dispatched inside and outside the province funds, allocated silver and exchanged Shen Banknote to balance the financial season around difference in use of funds, to maintain the orderly functioning of commodity and trade prosperity. However, since the 1930s, first, the floods in 1931 brought about the decadency of bank and com- modity trade. Second, Nanjing National Government Successively caught out monetary policies of discarding the taels of silver and unifying the currency system by silver dollar and unified legal money. The monetary poli- cies made bank subject to the constraints of the formal system, thus exacerbated the decline of the economy of Anhui Province in the early 1930s.
