后腹腔镜积水肾切除术治疗成人重复肾畸形（附10例报告）

摘　　要：目的探讨后腹腔镜积水肾切除术治疗成人重复肾畸形的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析河南省肿瘤医院于2007年9月至2011年10月收治的重复肾畸形肾积水患者中，10例行后腹腔镜积水肾切除术治疗患者的临床资料。观察10例患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后早期恢复情况及并发症和手术疗效。结果10例患者均顺利完成后腹腔镜积水肾切除术，手术时间120min，术中平均出血量80ml，术中、术后未发生严重并发症。术后复查肾功能未见明显改变。1例患者术后出现尿漏。术后随访5—15个月，无明显发热、腰酸及漏尿症状。结论后腹腔镜积水肾切除术是一种安全、有效的微创治疗成人重复肾畸形的方法，为治疗成人重复肾肾积水畸形提供了一种新的选择。Objective To investigate the method and efficiency hydronephrosis retroperitoneoscopy resection in the treatment of adult repeated renal malformations. Methods A retrospective analysis the clinical data of ten repeated renal malformations patients underwent hydronephrosis retroperitoneoscopy resection patients from September 2007 to October 2011 in our hospital, such as the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, early postoperative recovery and, complications and surgical treatment. Results The hydronephrosis retroperitoneoscopy resection of 10 patients all successfully finished the operation, operation time was 120 min. The mean blood loss was 80 ml, no serious complications postoperative. The patients＇ renal function did not change significantly after the surgery. One patient had urine leakage. Patients were followed up for 5 to 15 months, no significant fever, backache and urinary leakage symptoms. Conclusions The hydronephrosis retroperitoneoscopy resection is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment of adult repeated renal malformations method, and it provides a new option for the treatment of adults with repeated kidney hydronephrosis malformations.
