摘 要:以功能化丁腈橡胶(f-CTBN)与不同的聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,采用逐步聚合法得到一系列高支化嵌段聚氨酯(PUR)。通过材料亲水性测试、与健康人血的溶血实验和医学凝血实验研究了该PUR材料的血液相容性。结果表明,随f-CTBN含量的增大,该PUR材料的亲水性变差,不同固化剂对其亲水性影响不大;f-CTBN含量的增大只改变材料自身性质,而其溶血性、动态凝血时间及凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间和再钙化时间都在医学允许范围之内,说明其血液相容性好。该材料在介入诊疗和医用薄膜方面具有应用潜力。A series of hyperbranched block polyurethane ( PUR ) mareials were prepared on the basis of functional carboxyl- terminated poly ( butadiene-co-acrylonitrile ) (f-CTBN) and various poly ( ethylene glycol ) ( PEG ) by step-by-step polymerization. The hemocompatibility of bicomponent f-CTBN/PEG PUR materials was studied through the hydrophilicity, blood compatibility and coagulation experiment.The results showed that hydrophilicity of materials decreased with enhancing off-CTBN content, but different curing agents had little effect on material ' s hydrophilicity.The inhancement of component ratios off-CTBN to PEG had important influence on properties of material, but hemolytic activity, dynamic coagulation time and prothrombin time ( PT ), partial thromboplastin time ( APTT ), recalcification time ( PRT ) were completely in medical allowable range.So the PUR material' s hemocompatihility was good.The PUR materials would have application potentials in the intervention clinics and medical film products.
