摘 要:利用CFD软件Polyflow对banbury转子和roller转子的两种密炼机内熔体流场进行二维数值模拟。利用粒子跟踪法对两种类型转子密炼机的分散混合性能、分布混合性能、线拉伸以及混合效率进行了统计和比较。结果表明,由于roller转子截面的棱数多于banbury转子,在相同周期内,roller转子密炼机对熔体的剪切与拉伸作用次数多于banbury转子密炼机,因而提高了拉伸速率和剪切速率,roller转子密炼机具有较高的分散性和分布性混合效率。The melt flow field in banbury rotor mixer and roller rotor mixer was 2D numerically simulated by using the CFD package polyflow.By using particle tracking method, the dispersive mixing performance, distributive mixing performance, line stretching and mixing efficiency between banbury rotors and roller rotors were compared statistically.The result showed that as there were more edges on roller rotors than that on banbury rotors, the melt in the roller rotor mixer experienced share stress and elongation more frequently than that in the banbury rotor mixer during the same number of revolutions.So, the stretch rate and shear rate in the roller rotor mixer were higher than that in the banbury rotor mixer, the roller rotor mixer had more dispersive and distributive mixing efficiencies than those of banbury rotor mixer.
