摘　　要：加强和改进思想政治工作必须要注重人文关怀和心理疏导。高校思想政治教育工作者要转变观念,重视心理健康教育,注意尊重个性差异,努力营造积极向上的校园文化,促进学生心理健康发展。Attention should be paid to humanistic care and psychological guide for the enhancement and improvement of ideological and political work. Those who engage in ideological and political work in colleges should change their ideas, fo- cus on psychological education, respect individual differences, so as to manage to construct positive campus culture and pro- mote a healthy psychological development of college students.
