摘　　要：CIPS系统作为铁路运输领域集管控于一体的最先进的信息系统,在钢铁企业铁路运输业务中具有强大的技术优势。详细介绍CIPS系统的结构及计划管理、集控及自动控制等方面在钢铁企业普车运输及冶车运输中的典型应用。As one of the most advanced information systems for railway transportation,CIPS integrates management and control functions and has strong technical advantages in railway transportation of iron and steel enterprises.The paper introduces the structure,plan management,centralized control,automatic control of CIPS system in the application of ordinary train transportation and metallurgical train transportation of iron and steel enterprises.
