摘  要:孤岛油田低品位油藏储层发育差、原油黏度高、开采难度大、动用程度低,目前采出程度仅为5.31%。针对该油藏在开发中存在的储层泥质胶结、敏感性强、出砂严重,注汽时压力高、效果差,油稠造成抽油机生产困难大等问题,在开展油层保护、解堵工艺的基础上,进行了油溶性降黏剂以及CO2与油溶性降黏剂协同作用改善稠油蒸汽吞吐效果的研究,并在矿场生产中得到了应用,有效地改善了低品位稠油区块的开发效果。The development of low grade reservoirs was poor in Gudao Oilfield,oil viscosity was high,oil production was difficulty with low producing level,the of recovery percent was only 5.31%.In consideration of the problems of shale cementation,high sensitivity,serious sand production,high pressure in steam injection and poor production effect and difficulty of oil pumping units,on the basis of reservoir protection,study of blocking-removal technology,the composite effect of improve heavy oil steam soaking by using oil soluble viscosity reducers and CO2 and oil soluble viscosity reducers is studied and used in the oilfield,the production effect of low grade heavy oil block is improved.
