摘 要:随着油气资源勘探开发程度的加深,开采难度逐步加大,常规注水开发条件下地质储量不能经济有效的动用,利用CO2驱油提高采收率已成为研究焦点之一。2009年中国石化针对腰英台油田特低渗透油藏特征,在腰西区块DB33井区开展了CO2驱油开发试验。采用"CO2循环预冷,注入泵前喂液增压,泵后CO2换热升温"的液相注入工艺技术。从运行效果来看,系统运行安全稳定,配注井的注入量、压力、温度等各项指标正常,证明采用液态泵注工艺能满足CO2驱油提高采收率的要求。With the further development of hydrocarbon resources, exploitation become more difficult. Geological reserves under the conventional water flooding development conditions can not be used effectively. As a result, using CO2 flooding to improve oil recovery has become one of the research focuses. In 2009, CO2 flooding development experiment had been done in west Yao area DB33 block because of the low permeability of Yaoyingtai oilfield. This experiment applied the technology of CO2 circulation pre-cooling, boosting before injection, and C02 heat exchange and temperature rise after pumping. The effect of operation proved that the operation system is safe and stable, the well injection quantity, injection pressure, temperature index are normal, and the liquid pump injection process can meet the requirement of improving oil recovery by C02flooding.
