稀土铈在棉织物活性染色中的应用

摘　　要：将稀土铈用于棉织物活性染料一浴法染色,探讨了稀土浓度对活性染料染色性能的影响。结果表明,通过严格控制稀土的加料顺序和稀土用量,染料的上染率、染色均匀性和染色牢度都有所提高。当稀土质量分数为0.3%(omf),染色时间为40 min时,活性染料的平衡上染百分率提高了15%,耐摩擦色牢度提高了0.5～1级。The rare earth cerium is applied to one-bath dyeing of cotton with reactive dyes. The influence of rare earth cerium dosage on dyeing results is studied. It is found that the dye uptake, evenness and color fastness can be improved by strictly controlling the adding sequence and dosage of rare earth. Dyeing with rare earth of 0.3% （omf） and time for40 min, the equi- librium dye uptake increases by 15% and the color fastness to rubbing improves by 0.5 to 1 grade.
