摘　　要：莫代尔色纺纱产品的生产工艺包括散纤维染色工艺和纺纱工艺,针对生产中常见的粘辊、色不匀和强力低等问题,提出了解决方案。莫代尔色纺工艺可实现与多种纤维的自由混纺,与传统先纺后染工艺相比,可节约用水50%左右,节能减排效果显著。Manufacturing of colored Modal spun yarn is introduced in the paper, including stork dyeing process and spinning process. Sotutions for common problems such as roller sticking, unevenness, low strength are pointed out. The manufacturing process of colored Modal spun yarn can be blended with different fibers, and save water by about .50% compared with the tra- ditional dyeing-after-spinning process.
