摘　　要：将多功能整理剂MFA应用于棉织物的功能性整理,考察了MFA对织物抗皱性和柔软效果的影响。结果表明,多功能整理剂MFA作为无甲醛多功能整理剂用于棉织物整理,对白度和色光无影响,不存在黄变现象;其优化整理工艺为:整理剂MFA质量浓度80～100 g/L,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间90 s。MFA可以显著提高棉织物的抗皱和耐磨性能,与服丝平树脂整理剂合用时,能在显著提高抗皱性、滑爽性的同时,有效保护织物的撕破强力,当整理剂MFA质量浓度为50 g/L和服丝平树脂整理剂质量浓度为50 g/L时,整理效果和耐洗性最好。The multi-functional finishing agent MFA is applied to functional finish of cotton fabric, and the influence of MFA on wrinkle resistance and softness of the fabric is investigated. The results show that MFA is a formaldehyde free multi-functional finishing agent with no effect on whiteness and shade of cotton fabric and no yellowish. The optimum finishing process is MFA 80 - 100 g/L, curing at 150 ℃ for 90 s. MFA can significantly improve the wrinkle resistance and abrasion resistance of the fab- ric, and slightly improve the wet rubbing fastness, but has no effect on dry rubbing fastness. Cotton fabric finished with 50 g/L MFA and 50 g/L Fixapret resin can obtain good wrinkle resistance, tearing strength, smoothness and washing fastness.
