摘 要:基于对服装微气候进行模拟的基础上,自主研发了织物透湿测试装置,测试了12种防水透湿面料的湿阻。结果表明,同一种面料在不同的微气候条件下的传湿性能不同,湿阻与服装所处的热湿状态有关。在其它条件不变的情况下,湿阻随着皮肤控制温度的升高而降低。采用间接法测湿阻,可显著减少测试参数,提高测试结果的准确性。统计表明,在稳态试验情况下,直接法和间接法测试的湿阻相关性显著。Based on the simulated micro-climate of garments, the moisture resistance of 12 kinds of waterproof and moisture vapor permeable fabrics are dertermined with self-developed equipment. The research shows that the moisture transfer prop- erty of the fabric varies with micro-climate. The moisture vapor resistance of the garment is related to its heat and moisture state, and decreases with the increase of the simulated skin temperature. The indirect testing method for moisture vapor re- sistance can reduce testing parameters and improve accuracy, and there is a significant correlation of testing results of moisture vapor resistance between direct method and indirect method.
