摘　　要：目的:促进可手术乳腺癌患者化疗药物应用的合理性。方法:依照乳腺癌治疗指南建立评价标准,采用回顾性药物利用评价方法评价2007年1月-2009年12月109例可手术乳腺癌患者化疗药物的应用情况。将评价结果反馈临床,提出合理化建议,于2010年7-12月重新收集31例可手术乳腺癌患者用药情况进行再评价。结果:109例患者中有37例(33.9%)用药与治疗标准不符,属于不合理用药,用药反馈后再评价有6例(19.4%)患者用药不合理,不合理用药情况有所好转。结论:可手术乳腺癌辅助化疗存在一定的不合理用药情况,药物利用评价有助于确定药物应用过程中存在的问题,并促使其改正,最终促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE To promote the rational use of chemotherapy drugs for patients with operable breast cancer.METHODS To establish evaluation criteria according to breast cancer treatment guidelines,a retrospective drug use evaluation（DUE） method was conducted to assess the quality of chemotherapy prescribing in 109 patients with operable breast cancer from January,2007 to December,2009.The evaluated data and strategies to improve drug use were feed back to prescribers.The re-evaluation was done from July,2010 to December,2010.RESULTS 37 of 109 patients（33.9%） were not treated according to treatment guidelines,and it was considered as irrational drug use.After feedback,the number of irrational drug use decreased to 6 patients（19.4%）.CONCLUSION There was some inappropriate drug therapy during adjuvant chemotherapy for operable breast cancer.The DUE process can help to identify and correct medication-related problems,and promote rational use of drugs finally.
