摘 要:走新型工业化道路,实现可持续发展,是中国工业发展的现实与必然选择。新型工业化道路要求实现工业企业的低能耗发展,因此,企业技术效率的提高显得尤为必要。温特制作为一种典型的敏捷生产方式,对世界包括中国在内的资源配置格局产生了积极的影响。本文应用随机前沿生产函数模型,对温特制的代表行业即电子业与传统机械行业企业进行了技术效率的测度,进而基于实证分析结果,探讨了温特制对新型工业化发展的影响。分析表明,相对于传统机械制造业,电子制造业作为温特制的代表行业,存在着技术效率的优势,说明温特制生产方式顺应了新型工业化对工业低能耗发展的要求。It is necessary for China to choose the new- type industrialization and achieving a sustainable development. Low-energy consumption leads to the development of industrial enterprises' new-type industrialization, so it is necessary to improve the efficiency of enterprise technology. The Wintelism refers to a typical agile production, which has a positive impact on allocating the global resources, including China. In this paper, by collecting large amounts of data, we uses stochastic frontier production function models to measure the representatives of Wintelism industries, like enterprises of electronic industry and traditional mechanical industry. Furthermore, based on the empirical analysis results, we discuss the impact of the Wintelism to the new-type industrialization. The Demonstration Analysis shows that, compared with traditional mechanical manufacturing industry, electronic manufacturing industry, as the representation of Wintelism, possesses a certain advantage in the terms of technical efficiency. Therefore, we can clearly know that Wintelism conforms to requirements which can realize the lower-consumption development.
