摘 要:为了解鸡源性沙门菌分离株多重耐药情况与转座子及耐药基因的携带关系,采用K-B纸片法对23株鸡源性沙门菌分离菌株进行10种抗菌药物敏感试验;应用PCR对分离菌株进行转座子及耐药基因检测。结果显示,23株分离株中有10株对2种以上抗菌药物耐药,属于多重耐药株,其中四环素-氨苄西林-甲氧苄啶-诺氟沙星-庆大霉素-环丙沙星是主要多重耐药谱;10株多重耐药菌中有8株分别携带不同种的转座子(tnpA、tn1721、tnp513、IS26),其中以转座子tnpA、tn1721和IS26的检出率最高,耐药基因中以blatem-1、tetA和tetB的检出率最高,携带转座子多的菌株中耐药基因检出率较高且耐药谱广。结果表明沙门菌多重耐药性与转座子的携带之间关系密切,耐药表型与耐药基因检测结果基本一致。To determine the carried relationship among the multidrug-resistance Salmonella isolated from chicken and the transposon and the drug resistance genes,the sensitivity tests of 23 strains to 10 antibacterials were performed by Kirby-Bauer method,the transposon and drug resistance genes were detected by PCR.There were 10 multidrug-resistanee strains which showed resistant to more than two kinds of antibacterials. Tetracycline,ampicillin,trimethoplim,norfloxacin, gentamicin and ciprofloxacin were the main muhidrug-resistanee spectrum, and there were 8 muhidrug-resistance strains carried different types of transposons. The highest detection rate were transposon tnpA, tn1721 and IS26, and blatem-1,tetA and tetB were the predominant genes. Resistant strains carried more transposons had higher detection rate and broader drug resistance spectrum. These results suggested that multidrug resistance of Salmonella had the correlation with carried transposon,aud resistance phenotype was consist with resistance genes.
