摘　　要：对首钢京唐1号高炉炉况长期失常的治理进行了总结,分析了炉况失常原因,重点阐述了治理过程。认为,炉况长时间不顺的高炉应当从炉型方面考虑,明确思路、统一思想,避免纠结于细节问题,延误治理。It is described in the paper the measures against long time abnormality in No. 1 blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang and the trouble reasons, especially the trouble shooting procedures; the author points out the abnormality shall be corrected starting from the furnace profile based on a clear and united guidance instead of focusing on some minor mistakes in order to take immediate and effective activities.
