摘　　要：针对主题规范领域发生的最新变革,分析《主题规范记录的功能需求》(FRSAD)的内涵与特点,简述Thema-Nomen模型的意义,阐释其与《书目记录的功能需求》(FRBR)、《国际图联编目声明》(ICP)和编目规则的联系,探讨FRSAD对编目理论与实践的影响,以期为网络环境下的编目资源共享和编目标准国际化提供有益的启示。Aiming at the latest changes which happen in the subject authority control field, through analyzing the connotation and characteristics of FRSAD, describing the meaning of Thema-Nomen model, interpreting the relationships among FRBR,ICP and catalo- ging rules, and exploring its impact on cataloging theory and cataloging practices, this papers hopes to provide some useful inspirations for sharing cataloging resources and internationalizing cataloging standards in the Internet era.
