摘　　要：通过对湖南长株潭地区中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的问卷调查和访谈,分析讨论目前中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的现状,并使用SPSS统计软件对调查数据进行深入分析。研究结果表明,角色认同、职业价值观、组织公平成为中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的直接影响因素,这些因素对中小学图书馆员职业倦怠三个维度的影响不同,影响力度也存在差异。The current burnout status of school librarians is analyzed and discussed through adopting questionnaire and interview with school librarians in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan districts of thlnan Province. The research data are analyzed in depth by using SPSS statistical software. The results show that role identity, occupation values, organizational justice become the direct burnout influencing factors of school librarians.
