摘  要:针对车削过程中工件受轴向移动三维切削力的动态作用,建立车削轴的振动力学模型,其中考虑被加工轴的直径和质量变化的影响。用Matlab软件对振动模型的运动方程进行数值求解,得到在不同车削条件下直径和质量随时间变化的轴的振动响应。计算结果表明,车削加工中工件直径和质量变化对工件的振动响应影响较大,载荷移动速度影响工件的振动幅度,该模型更符合实际车削轴加工过程的情况。Vibration dynamic model of workpiece subjected to axially moving three-dimension cutting forces along its axis was established in turning operation according to turning process. The effect of time-varying diameter and mass of workpiece was taken into consideration the model. Moreover, the equation of motion of the model was solved and computed with Matlab; dynamic response of workpiece was obtained under different cutting conditions with consideration of the effect of the time-varying diameter and mass of workpiece, The computational results show the time-varying diameter and mass of workpiece have an obvious influence on the dynamic response of workpiece, and moving speed of cutting forces has the distinctive effect on the amplitude of vibration of the shaft. The model is more suitable to the situation of actual turning operation.
