摘 要:活性粉末混凝土作为一种新型超高性能水泥基复合材料,具有明显优于普通混凝土的力学性能及耐久性,按照普通混凝土结构设计方法对其结构构件进行设计,将不能充分利用其优异的性能。为了利用活性粉末混凝土的抗拉强度和抗裂性能,根据活性粉末混凝土力学性能试验研究结果,通过理论推导分析,提出了部分预应力筋活性粉末混凝土电杆的承载力计算方法和正常使用状态(抗裂度、裂缝宽度、挠度)验算方法,给出相应参数的建议取值范围。建立了500 kV部分预应力筋RPC双杆有限元模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS对不同工况下预应力RPC双杆进行有限元分析。有限元分析结果与理论计算结果比较接近,验证了该设计方法的有效性,可为部分预应力筋活性粉末混凝土电杆的设计提供参考。Reactive Powder Concrete(RPC )is a new kind of cement-based composite material with ultra-high performance, which is much bet- ter than the normal concrete in mechanical properties and durability, if the reactive powder concrete structure components were designed accord- ing to the normal concrete structure design code,the excellent performance of RPC will not be able to make full use.To take advantage of the high- er tensile strength and crack resistance of reactive powder concrete (RPC), according to the test results of RPC mechanical property and the theory analysis, the design calculating formulae for partially prestress RPC pole were deduced, including ultimate bearing strength and serviceability lim- ited state ( crack resistance, crack width, deflection), and the range of relevant parameters were proposed, also.The finite element model of 500kV partially prestressed RPC double pole was established, the finite element analysis on stress and deflection of partially prestressed RPC double pole in different work conditions were carried out by means of software ANSYS.The theoretical calculation results agree well with the results of finite element analysied, it is showed that the design calculation method is appropriate and can provide reference for design of partially prestessed reac- tive powder concrete pole.
