摘  要:公共信息模型(common information model,CIM)中针对配电网的馈线认知和建模一直存在争议,本文从智能电网背景下配电网运行与管理应用的这个基础问题出发,论述了馈线在CIM建模中的变迁历程,利用当前正式版本的CIM模型,提出了馈线在静态和动态两种情况下的不同建模方法,在不扩展CIM模型的基础上,针对电网管理的信息集成需求,扩展了遵循IEC 61968标准的馈线消息,阐明了馈线管理业务场景下的数据交换模式,解决了馈线在设备管理的静态属性以及运行方式发生变化后的动态特性的统一表达与应用。The recognition on common information model and modeling of feeder based (CIM) in distribution grid have always been controversial. The development course of feeder modeling in CIM was intensively discussed. From the context of smart distribution grid operation and management, two different modeling methods of feeder on static and dynamic situations were proposed. For information integration requirements of network management business, the feeder message was designed according to IEC 61968 standards and no CIM extension was made. Feeder data exchange mode was illustrated for feeder model exchange and business management information integration scenarios by extended message. The problem of unified expression and application of static device management properties and dynamic characteristics as operation mode changing for feeder is solved.
