摘　　要：采用原子荧光分析技术,并基于一种新型金汞齐富集装置,设计和研制出一种通用型原子荧光测汞仪,仪器可用于对固、液、气等各种类型样品中Hg的含量进行微量(痕量)分析,整个仪器系统在计算机的控制及样品进样系统的配合下,可自动完成对样品类型的选择及预处理、富集方式选择、信号检出和结果处理等测量全过程,线性范围达5～6个数量级,相关系数>0.998,液体样品的检出限达到0.0004 ng/mL;固体样品的检出限低于0.003 ng。A universal atomic fluorescence mercury analyzer was designed and developed on atomic fluorescence analysis technology, and a new type of gold amalgam enrichment device, it can be use for the trace analysis and measurement of the mercury content among the different types of samples （ such as solid, liquid, and gas）, Under the control of computer system, instrument can finish the procedure of detection and analysis result treatment and cooperated with the sample pre-processing and feeding system, the samples type choice and pre-treatment, enrichment mode selection, signal etc. automatically. The linear range of the analyzer was 5 -6 orders of magnitude, with correlation coefficient 〉 0. 998. The detection limit of the liquid sample was 0. 004 ng/mL; meanwhile the. ＇detection limit of the solid sample below 0. 003 ng.
