摘 要:自主开发的高压共轨电控单元在高压共轨燃油喷射试验台上测试发现,在相同的喷射条件下,各喷油器驱动通道驱动同一个喷油器的喷油量不一致,这是由于喷油器驱动电路在喷油过程中的响应特性不一致导致的。从喷油器驱动电路的响应特性出发,优化了驱动电路和电路中的电气参数,以提高通道间的喷油一致性。试验结果表明:优化后的驱动电路提高了各个通道的喷油一致性,小油量(10mg左右)时各驱动通道的相对标准偏差由优化前的6.6%降低到优化后的2.3%,同时减少了每个控制通道的循环变动。Research found that for the self-developed electron-controlled unit of high pressure common rail system, the injection quantity fluctuated owing to inconsistency of the injection driving circuit response characteristics in iniection process under the same iniection conditions when each driving channel drove the same injector. From the viewpoint of the response characteristics of driving circuits, the driving circuit and its electrical parameters were optimized to improve the injection consistency. The results show that the optimized driving circuit increases consistency of each driving channel, and in small delivery (10 mg approximately), the relative standard deviation of various driving channels reduces from 6. 6% to 2. 3%, meanwhile the cycle-to-cycle variation of injection decreases for individual channel as well.
