摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径护理电子表的设计及在临床中的应用效果。方法在医院内开展临床路径的科室中随机选出12个科室,每个科室中选12名护士,然后分为两组。甲组:使用课题组设计的临床路径护理电子表,护士只需在相应项目内打"√"即可。乙组:使用常规护理记录表。对两组的工作效率、护理记录时间及病人和护士的满意度进行追踪观察及比较。结果甲组的方法能更好调动临床护士的积极性,可缩短护士记录时间,记录更加规范,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论使用临床路径护理电子表,可缩短护理记录时间,提高工作效率,使护理管理更加规范化、信息化、护理工作程序化。Objective To study the design and clinical application of clinical path nursing electronic table. Method 12 departments carry out clinical path was randomly selected and divided into groups. Clinical pathways care elec- tronic table designed by the project team was used in group A. Nurses can simply play ＂√＂ in the appropriate pro- ject. Routine care record sheet was used in group B. two forms was used for control applications in each depart- ment. The reliability, timeliness, accuracy of the table were observed and compared. Result Compared with the con- trol group, the method in group A was better mobilizing the enthusiasm of the clinical nurse, At the same time, shorten nurse＇s recording time, standardized record. There was significant difference for the two group. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Use clinical path nursing electronic table will maximize the efficiency and management efficiency, Also provide comprehensive, thoughtful, safe, inexpensive service for patients, The management of hospital care in three level will much more standardization, scientific, information technology and nursing work procedures.
