节水器具推广财政补贴方式研究

摘　　要：针对我国水资源短缺的严峻形势和居民生活用水严重浪费的事实,在全国范围内推行节水器具推广财政补贴制度势在必行。我国现阶段财政补贴的方式主要有直接补贴、间接补贴和中间补贴。在结合国家相关文件精神和现阶段国情的基础上,通过选取典型财政补贴案例进行深入分析,最终选定现阶段节水器具推广财政补贴的最优补贴方式,即间接补贴方式。Aiming at the serious situation of water resources shortage and the serious fact of residential water waste, implementing national financial subsidy system for water-saving implements popularation is urgent. Nowadays, there are mainly three types in financial subsidy system,including direct subsidy, indirect subsidy and intermediate subsidy. Based on the current national situation, typical cases of financial subsidy are analyzed. At last, indirect subsidy is selected to be the best type of financial subsidy.
