大学生亚健康状态中药干预前后舌象分析

摘　　要：目的:观察亚健康状态不同证型中药干预后舌象图像指标变化。方法:筛选亚健康大学生气虚组、血虚组、阴虚组、气郁组各20例,给予中药方剂干预2周。结果:气虚组舌质S、a值增大,b值减小;舌苔S、a、ENT值增大,H、b值减小;血虚组舌质I值增高;阴虚组舌质ClrY、ClrG值减小;气郁组舌质S、a值增高,L值减小,舌苔S、a值增高。结论:舌象图像指标一定程度上反映中药干预亚健康的效果,将其用于亚健康干预评价是可行的。Objective： To observe index differences of the tongue after traditional Chinese medicine intervention.Methods： A total of 80 cases of sub-health college students were randomly divided into Qi deficiency group（n=20）、Blood deficiency group（n=20）、Yin deficiency group（n=20）、Qi depression group（n=20）.Chinese herbal formula was given to every group of students respectively for two weeks as intervention.Results： In Qi deficiency group,the S、a value of tongue manifestation and the S、a、ENT value of tongue coating were significantly higher than before and the b value of tongue manifestation and the H、b value of tongue coating were significantly lower than before;In Yin deficiency group,the ClrY、 ClrR value of tongue manifestation were significantly lower than before;In Blood deficiency group,the I value of tongue manifestation was significantly higher than before;In Qi depression group,the S、a value of tongue manifestation and the S、a value of tongue coating were significantly higher than before,the I value of tongue manifestation was significantly lower than before.Conclusion： The application of modern traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis technology to the evaluation and classification of health status is feasible.
