布拉氏酵母菌散剂治疗急性腹泻病50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评估布拉氏酵母菌散剂(亿活)治疗小儿急性腹泻病的临床疗效。方法以我院2011-01～2011-12收治的100例小儿急性腹泻病患儿为研究对象,年龄2个月～4岁,随机分成两组,治疗组50例,对照组50例;两组均给予基础治疗,对照组给予口服妈咪爱;治疗组口服布拉氏酵母菌散剂,同时补充赖氨葡锌颗粒。观察两组患儿腹泻缓解所需时间、病程中的腹泻缓解率(包括大便次数和大便性状)及病程<7 d的比率。结果治疗组疗效和症状改善时间等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在基础治疗的基础上,对腹泻患儿采用布拉氏酵母菌和赖氨葡锌颗粒联合治疗,能显著提高疗效,可缩短腹泻的病程,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of saccharomyees boulardii （S. boulardii） in treatment of children with acute diarrhea. Methods One hundred hospitalized children with acute diarrhea aged from 2 months to 4 years in our hospital from January 2011 to Deeember 2011 were studied. They were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 50） and control group （ n = 50）. Control group was treated with Medilae-Vita, and treatment group was treated with Saeeharomyces boulardii powder combined with compound lysine hydroehloride and zinc glueonate Gran- ules. Results The total effective rate, cure rate and symptom improvement time in experimental group were signifi- candy better than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion On base of basic treatment, Saecharomyees bou- lardii powder combined with eompound lysine hydrochloride and zinc glueonate grantdes in treatment of children with acute diarrhea can significantly enhance clinical effect and reduce the recovery time, so it deserved application and promotion in elinieal work.
