金莲花中四种主要成分的抗炎活性研究

摘　　要：目的对金莲花中的四种主要成分牡荆素、荭草素、藜芦酸和金莲花苷进行体内抗炎活性研究。方法采用巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀模型,皮下注射方式给药,观察四种成分对小鼠耳肿胀的抑制效果。结果四种成分在50 mg.kg-1剂量时对小鼠耳肿胀具有一定的抑制作用,而在20 mg.kg-1剂量时无抑制作用。结论四种成分具有一定的抗炎作用,其抗炎活性强弱顺序为:牡荆素>金莲花苷>藜芦酸>荭草素。Objective To investigate the in vivo anti-inflammatory activity of four major compounds,namely,vitexin,orientin,veratric acid and trollioside isolated from the flowers of Trollius chinensis.Methods A croton oil-induced murine ear edema model was employed to observe the antagonistic effect of above four compounds subcutaneously injected against ear edema.Results Four compounds exhibited antagonistic effect against ear edema at the dosage of 50 mg·kg^-1,but it was insignificant as the dosage was reduced to 20 mg·kg^-1.Conclusion All of the four compounds were demonstrated to be anti-inflammatorily active and the intensity of their effect can be arranged as vitexin,trollioside,veratric acid,and orientin in a descending order.
