摘  要:目的研究中药复方百肤青抗外阴阴道念珠菌病混合菌生物被膜的作用。方法用白念珠菌(C.albicans)、铜绿假单胞菌(P.aeruginosa)混合菌液,体外建立白念珠菌混合菌生物被膜(biofilm,BF),采用XTT减低法及形态学观察白念珠菌混合菌生物被膜的形成过程;形态学观察及菌落计数法评价复方百肤青对白念珠菌混合菌生物被膜的最小抑膜浓度(SMIC)。结果白念珠菌混合菌48h能形成成熟的生物被膜;250 g.L-1浓度的百肤青能抑制白念珠菌混合菌生物被膜的形成。结论中药复方百肤青由于其有抗生物被膜的作用,可用于预防外阴阴道念珠菌病的复发。Objective To investigate the effects of Compound Baifuqing against mixed biofilms of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods C.albicans and P.aeruginosa were mixed to develop the mixed biofilms in vitro.XTT reduction assay and morphology were performed to observe the formation process of C.albicans mixed biofilms.Morphological observation and CFU counting were employed to valuate the sessile minimal inhibitory concentration(SMIC) of Baifuqing on C.albicans mixed biofilms biomass.Results mature mixed biofilms of C.albicans and P.aeruginosa was developed within 48h in vitro.SMIC of Baifuqing for C.albicans mixed biofilms biomass was 250 g·L^-1.Conclusion Compound Baifuqing can prevent the recurrence of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
