摘 要:目的对异土木香内酯进行微生物转化研究。方法从47株真菌中筛选出对异土木香内酯转化能力强的菌株进行转化。采用色谱法及波谱技术对转化产物进行分离和结构鉴定。结果得到3个转化产物,分别鉴定为:3α-羟基异土木香内酯(1),3α-羟基-11,13-二氢异土木香内酯(2)和2α-羟基异土木香内酯(3)。结论化合物1~3为首次通过微生物转化得到的产物。Objective To investigate the macrobial transformation of isoalantolactone. Methods Forty - seven strains of fungi were screened for their capabilities to transform isoalantolactone. The biotransformation products were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated according to the spectral data. Results Three biotranformation products were obtained and identified as 3 - hydroxy - isoalantolactone ( 1 ) ,3 - hydroxy - 11,13-dihydroisoalantolactone ( 2 ) and 2 - hydroxy - isoalantolactone ( 3 ) on the basis of their spectral data. Conclusion Compounds 1 - 3 were obtained through biotransformation of isoalantolactone by fungi for the first time.
