摘 要:目的通过观察和血生络方对一氧化氮及血管内皮生长因子(NO及VEGF)的影响,探讨和血生络法促进心肌梗塞大鼠心肌血管新生的作用机制,从而为和血生络法防治冠心病提供科学依据。方法选雄性Wistar大鼠,制作心肌梗塞大鼠模型,随机分为消心痛组,和血生络高、低剂量组及模型组,同时建立假手术组,每组12只。药物治疗组分别给予和血生络水溶液〔9.9 g.kg-1.d-1,19.8 g.kg-1.d-1〕及消心痛水溶液〔2.7mg.kg-1.d-1〕每天1次灌胃,其他组给予等量蒸馏水,连续用药4周后处死大鼠,检测血清中NO、VEGF的含量。结果和血生络高、低剂量组及消心痛组血清中VEGF含量明显高于模型组(P<0.05),和血生络高剂量组优于其它处理组(P<0.05)。结论和血生络法促血管新生的机制与多种因素有关,而且它们之间有促进作用。Objective To observe the effect of Hexue ShengluoFang on VEGF.To investigate the mechanism of Hexue Shengluofa on advancing cardiac muscle ’s Angiogenesis of myocardium of imfarcted rats.Methods Myocardium of infarcted rats model was made by Wistar rats.They were divided randomly into four groups which were model group,ID group,Hexue Shengluo high and low dose groups.Sham operation group was made at the same time.Every group had 12 rats.Subsequently drug treatment groups were administrered with ID water solution in accordance with 2.7 mg.kg-1.d-1 and with Hexue Shengluo water solution in accordance with 9.9g.kg-1.d-1,19.8g.kg-1.d-1.The model group and sham group were treated with distilled water with the equal volume.Rats were treated once every day by intragastric administration.After 4 weeks continuous treatment,executed the rats.The contents of serum NO and VEGF were evaluated.Results The NO and VEGF contents of all treatment groups were higher than that of model group(P 〈 0.05).High-dose group was better than low-dose group and ID group(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion The mechanism to promote angiogenesis of Hexue Shengluofa should be closely related to many factors which can promote each other.
