摘  要:目的选出较优二氢杨梅素微囊的制备工艺。方法利用正交实验设计优化二氢杨梅素微囊制备工艺,采用高效液相色谱法测定二氢杨梅素含量并计算包封率。结果单凝聚法制备二氢杨梅素微囊的最佳工艺为:药胶比1∶3,明胶溶液浓度4%,搅拌速度60 r/min,成囊温度50℃。结论单凝聚法制备二氢杨梅素微囊方法操作简单,方便易行。Objective To optimize the forming technology of dihydromyricetin microcapsules. Methods The forming technology of dihydromyricetin microcapsules was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The content of dihydromyricetin was determined by high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method, and the entrapment efficiency was calculated. Results The optimized pa- rameters for the forming technology were as follows : the ratio of dihydromyricetin to gelatin was 1 : 3, the concentration of gelatin was 4%, the stirring speed was 60r/min, the temperature of forming microcapsule was at 50℃. Conclusion The single coagula-tion for the preparation of dihydromyricetin microcapsules is easy to handle and convenient.
