中药排石汤辅助体外震波碎石治疗肾结石的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药辅助体外震波碎石治疗肾结石的临床应用价值。方法将医院2010年5月～2011年3月收治的95例肾结石患者随机分成2组:实验组48例;对照组47例。对照组仅行体外震波碎石术常规治疗;实验组则加服中药排石汤治疗。观察比较两组的排石情况、排石效果、肾功能恢复情况。结果实验组结石排净时间和人均碎石次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的排石总有效率显著性优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组肾功能指标SCr、BUN水平的恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用中药排石汤辅助体外震波碎石术治疗肾结石的效果良好。Objective To investigate the clinical value about Chinese medicine and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for the treatment of kidney calculus.Methods The 95 cases of kidney calculus patients admitted to our hosptial from May 2010 to March 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group（n = 48） and control group（n = 47）.The control group was given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy only,but the treatment group was also given Chinese medicine.The situation of kidney calculus excretion,the clinical efficacy of kidney calculus excretion and the recovery of renal function in 2 groups was observed and compared after treatment.Results The kidney calculus excretion time,the number of per capita gravel in the treatment groups was significantly less than the control group（P 〈 0.05）;The total effective rate of kidney calculus excretion in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）;and the SCr and BUN levels of renal function in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion There is a singificant clinical effects of Chinese medicine and extracorporeal shock was lithotripsy for the treatment of kidney calculus.
